Legality rating, Corte is among the starred companies.
Corte S.p.A. is included in the list of companies with a Legality Rating, after the evaluations carried out and the following deliberation by the Competition and Market Authority, with a score of **+.
The Legality Rating is a new tool introduced in 2012 (Art. 5 ter of Decree Law 1/2012 (the so-called Cresci Italia Decree), as amended by Law 62/2012, with the aim of promoting ethical principles in corporate behaviour.
The award is therefore aimed at the promotion and introduction of principles of ethical behaviour in the corporate environment through the awarding of a judgement on the respect of legality by companies that have requested it and, more generally, on the degree of attention paid to the proper management of their business.
A seguito del riconoscimento, Corte S.p.A. è stato inserito nell’elenco delle imprese con Rating di legalità previsto dall’art. 8 del Regolamento di attribuzione nel territorio nazionale, al n. RT 9134.
Il rating ha durata di due anni ed è rilasciato da AGCM-Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato.
